At our recent TLBAA event at the River Ranch in the Historic Fort Worth Stockyards
Buck Taylor " Newly Obrien" from the Gunsmoke Series
donated one of his paintings to be auctioned off at our Anniversary Sale
to help raise money for our TLBAA Building Fund.

Photo is Sandy, Buck and I after purchasing the painting.

He was commissioned by the National Ranching Heritage Association 
to recreate this bunk house in it's original origin.


The  painting is titled
1860's Bunk House of the Masterson's JY Ranch

We had the pleasure to spend a day with Teresa Knoblock, Ravin Danielle Johnson and
Kim Parker, who picked out a future herd sire. We named one of our little heifers that was just born 
"Ravin" this weekend with her approval, and she was very happy about that.

April 2011 Kim bought a nice new heifer to add to her growing ranch.

30+ big horned animals! Many of whom won 1st Place Bronzes at the World Longhorn Championships as well as the TLBAA Horn Showcase.

Our cows we are pleased to say, brought home 6 - 1st Place Bronzes,
4 second place ribbons, 3 - 3rd place, 2 - Fourth place and 1- 6th place.
